On August 21, Angelica Negrón and NewAm Artistic Associate Darian Donovan Thomas’s band Balún will perform at Public Records. Negrón’s The Blue Hour, with Shara Nova, Rachel Grimes, Sarah Kirkland Snider and Caroline Shaw was released on New Amsterdam Records in 2022, and Thomas’s A Room with Many Doors: Night in 2024.
